Return Policy:
If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about your return or exchange. When returning items please include a note with your package that includes your name, order number, and whether you would like to replace or return the item.
Expectations for returns: Allow time for us to receive your product at the shop, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it can be up to (2-3 business days) depending on time of year, sales at that time, and other factors. The time it takes your bank to process our refund request is typically (5 to 10 business days) depending on your banking institution.
Buyer pays shipping back to the shop. If an exchange is desired, the buyer pays additional shipping for the exchanged product. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
Lost Package:
Stealing sucks but we are not held responsible for any packages that aren’t delivered. Once we hand your order off to USPS they are responsible for delivery, so, we recommend filing a missing mail claim with USPS for lost/stolen items and we can offer some general aid for that process if needed. Please make sure you have a secure place for package delivery. We cannot guarantee the shipper will provide payment for lost/stolen items. Additionally, (especially during the holiday season) there are often times when packages are not properly scanned in by the post office. Please be patient as your package will most likely jump straight from "recieved" to "delivered"!
Delivery & Order Updates:
Once your shipping label has been created you will receive an email that has tracking info for your delivery. Please be aware that it may take a couple business days between when your label is printed and when it is delivered to the post office as we are often working through hundreds of orders per batch.
For any changes to your address or order updates please contact us with your order number and request asap! Although in some cases those aspects can be changed we cannot guarantee that after it is delivered to the shipping company that those changes will be able to be made.
