Hook Insertion: Apply some soap on the end of the crochet hook and rub it around before inserting the hook into the grip. More soap may be needed for easiest insertion and the soap will dry shortly after. Once hook is inserted the hook will be adjustable for a few seconds so adjust to desired length, wipe off excess soap, and begin your crochet journey. 

Hook Extraction: Using the provided hook extractor, slide the loop over the end of the crochet hook and gently pull hook out of the Cozy Grip.
